Q: Do I have to provide cleaning
supplies for you?
A: No. We use our own equipment and cleaning supplies. We also maintain and keep our assigned janitorial closet clean and comply with the OSHA rules.
Q: How do I make a service request
or log a complaint?
A: We provide a maintenance
log book for the office manager to log any complaints, requests,
or suggestions. This log is kept in a specific area and upon
arrival, the cleaning tech is responsible to
review and initial each entry.
Q: How do you ensure
customer satisfaction?
A: In addition to the log book,
we schedule quarterly walk through inspections with the contract
managers to ensure they are satisfied with our cleaning services.
Any additional requests are promptly initiated.
